Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your sharpening, repair, or purchase we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Items which have been clearly used since sharpening or repair has taken place.

Dryer motors that have been fitted by us come with a standard  30 day guarantee.

The guarantee covers the defective part only and not any additional labour charges or postage fees.

Clipper Parts come with a standard manufacturers warranty, this cover the defective part only and not any additional labour charges or postage fees.

To complete your return, we also require a copy of your MSH Super Sharp Services receipt.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt of sharpening or repaired item.

Sharpening & Repair Risks

Due to the nature of this service please note that sharpening/repairs to any item is at your own risk as breakages/damage may occur during the grinding process. 

Failure to use repaired equipment or newly sharpened items as per manufacturers guidelines may result in further damages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send contact you  to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment..

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds may incur an admin charge.

Reissuing of PAT certificates may also incur an admin charge

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Loss or Damage of Items/Equipment

MSH Super Sharp Services are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage whilst in our presence.

Once the item has been posted or collected in person and it leaves our premises or mobile vehicle MSH Super Sharp Services accept no liability for loss or damage.
